How can I make reservations?

Travelers need to make reservations filling out the reservation form provided at the bottom of this page and/or calling our offices D'Paseo - a network of tourism in the Coffee Region  tel. (6) 3349883 - (6) 3349916 of Pereira, Colombia.

Payment information and reservation Cancellations.

A deposit must be made to the following: Red de Turismo del eje cafetero, in our checking account in Bancolombia # 72718379294

The reservation will be confirmed when you have paid 50% of the lodging costs and have received the receipt or payment confirmation.

In case you choose to cancel the reservation during high season, with 15 or more days prior to the date of arrival, we will refund you 50% of the deposit you made. If you don't cancel the reservation in due time, you will lose your deposit and there will be no refund.

The other 50% of your trip must be paid a minimum of 4 days before arrival. When complete payment has been made, TURISCOLOMBIA will send you via certified male, fax, or e-mail, the order of services, the vouchers or entrance tickets to tourist sites, and directions on how to arrive to your destination.
 
 

 

Fees

The lodging costs of all farms, hotels, bed and breakfasts etc. afiliated with TURISCOLOMBIA includes electricity, gas, water, linens, towels, soap, toilet paper, and room and house cleaning (with the exception of the kitchen in the event you rent the whole farm).

The organized tours and lodging packages have different prices depending on the season. For this you must consider the following:

• High Season :
  December 10 - January 10, June 20 - July 20, Easter Week and three-day weekends
• Low Season :
  The rest of the year

If you want additional services (a cook, nanny, tour guide, clothes washing and ironing), they must be paid independently of the quoted price.

TURISCOLOMBIA reserves the right to substitute reserved lodging for a similar hotel, farm, bed and breakfast etc. in case of unforseen circumstances or problems.
